Double Sided Printing

Here is how to set up double sided printing at each individual computer and printer to which it is connected. It will work at your office computer as well. Note that this setting will stay, even when the computer is rebooted or a different login is used.
1. Start button, lower left.
2. Settings Printers and faxes.
3. Right click on icon of the printer which you want to set for double sided printing, choose Properties Device Settings.
4. Scroll down and under "Installable Options" look for Duplex Unit (for 2-sided printing): Not Installed.
5. Click on Not Installed, and change the drop down to Installed.
6. At the bottom, click on Apply, then close.
7. When printing a document, the user must choose either Properties or Preferences, and under either Layout or Finishing, choose to do two sided printing of that specific document.
