Alumni Borrowers

At the moment we do not have an "alumni borrower type." If you have any queries please explain that we are working with the Alumni Office and CEIT towards the development of an Alumni Card which will facilitate library services. It is projected that we should have something in place by January 2007. Also, please let me know if you have any concerned patrons.

Generic Login (Novell)

In order to compel students to use their Novell accounts instead of the generic login, we are going to take off the sign with the generic login info on the public computers. The generic login will still work, but we won't advertise it anymore. For librarians doing a class in the ELFs, if students don't have a Novell account, you can still tell them to log in using libelf#, libelf. If you have someone from the public, you can sign them on from one of the computers near the ref desk using public#, public.
