Beginning July 13, 2006 at 10am the Registrars Office will be changing the Helpline and CE format to that of more of a call center format, rather than the existing helpline formats. This does not effect the CE side of the phone registration system in that all callers will still phone the 5472 local. Where the big change occurs in with 5478 (NW) and 6228 (DLC) helplines. The 6228 number will be discontinued with all callers phoning that line being redirected to 5478 for a short period of time until we are able to get most publications advertising this number re-printed.
