Notes for library classes

H: drive Labs, Forms and Handouts Instructional Services - Labs Class Notes.
It contains some notes on doing an introductory class on RefWorks. I plan to do one for primary source legal research next.

I would like to ask that you add to this folder any notes or examples you use in your classes, if you think they would be useful to others. It would be a great way to share ideas, and not to have to keep re-inventing the wheel, when you come up with something that works well.

No videos for community borrowers

The Library will no longer lend videos and DVDs to individual reciprocal and community borrowers. In-library use of our audiovisual collection, with the exception of those that are licensed for home use only, is still permitted. The change in policy is largely due to the licensing restrictions of our videos and DVDs. Please note that the change will start on May 1, 2006. This will give our Circulation staff some time to inform community borrowers who already paid the $25 membership fee. New slips explaining this policy change will be printed and attached to the bookmarks for community borrowers.
